Port Hedland, this statue tells the story of their wheelbarrow race that they hold every year to raise money for charity. They fill the barrow with iron ore and race 110K's its a team thing but even so sounds like hard work to me.
Salt pile it is their second largest export after iron ore.

Tugs at work in the port it's fun watching them work with the big ships


Loading bay at the port the whole place appears orange the sand, roads, house everything from the dust of the iron ore.



View coming into Port Hedland all you see is power poles they look good at night when you can't see the dirt and the lights are on.
