Huge sand dunes at Lancelin where great fun

Changing colors with the sunset



Road through it gives a wider view of the area and great for people that can't or don't walk.




So many different shapes and sizes and they are not sure how they where formed but one idea is that it was originally a forest that has been fossilized with limestone, buried and then the wind exposes them again this lot have been on view now for approx. 6,000yrs.

Bird life at the Lake Thetis stomatalites grow here as well (like Hamelin Pool near Shark Bay) they grow in four places in the world and Aust. has three of them "living fossils"

Ocean view at Cervantes the sea was so green, good wind surfing around here I wonder why??




War Memorial at Cervantes Boobook owls at Stockyard Gully caves, in days gone by they used this area as a natural stockyard as the cattle could not get out at the other end and mostly there was water here.

Stockyard gully this is a cave system similar to Tunnel Creek but unfortunately no water but still it was a nice walk, very hot outside and lovely and cool inside.

The end of another lovely day sunset at Greenhead
the wind had made the clouds amazing and hence a lovely sunset.

Huge white sand dunes all up this coast this on is just outside of Dongara.



Can't resist these lovely flowers and the bees love them.
