Gibb River Rd -Derby cont.

Guess who Cable Beach Broome, didn't think I'd ever see Grubby on a camel but there you go!! we really did enjoy it wait until you see the video it's hilarious.
Paul and Marilyn camel back riding on Cable Beach it's what you do in Broome, a real giggle especially when the darn things get up.
Happy hour Cable Beach Broome we had a great after-noon and no we didn't go nudie a lot did though mostly old guys?? what's with that??

Flying the flag at Roebuck Plains road-side stop, pretty much the boys having been putting up their flag where-ever we stop.

A road-side stop on the way to Broom we couldn't get into a park in Broome until the next day so we stopped here, thank heavens it didn't rain or we would have been really diry!!

Beautiful area much better than the town itself and again the boabs are a feature.

Of to have a look at their wet-lands as if we haven't had enough water!!
Lots of History around Derby this is their prison boab that they use to use as a lock-up, it's a huge old tree but we have seen bigger.

Cheeky bird in Derby

Having fun in Derby, we stayed here for a couple of days and once again it rained but as you can see it didn't stop us from having fun.

More boabs this one looks very much worse for the wear. Near Tunnel creek

This is the next day coming out of Windjana/Tunnel creek area and as you can see it bucketed down again!! that's Paul and Marilyn in front of us and we could hardly see them by this time we where back on the hard dirt and it wasn't so bad a bit before we hit a creek line that was very interesting so slippery I was hanging on I can tell you.

At the of Tunnel Creek, very pleased with ourselves!!

Tunnel creek where you walk through the gorge under-ground and through the creek about half a metre deep
