Back on the Gibb River Rd

Proof we where here
And we found another water-fall this one was very deep no swimming over this one.

As you can see we really loved this place-Bell's gorge cont

The reflections where amazing

Grubby leads the way up over the ridge and away we go!!

Continuing the love affair with the boabs!!

Bell's from a distance.

So many lovely flowers

The things that take your eye!!

Looking down on the main water-fall at Bell's

Beautiful Bell's Gorge we had a wonderful day here it's all about getting away from the crowds and finding that special place. We swam and found another water-fall further up the gorge, watched the monitors swim had a lovely lunch "one of the best"

Rocky start to this walk, quite steep as well

Coming into Bell's Gorge we found the grader, what a lonely job and never ending but thank heavens for them

Marilyn at Silent Grove

Better shot of the lizard

Big monitor lizard at Silent Grove camp ground, every-one was feeding him so he just grows and grows.

More red earth, coming along the Gibb not so bad here, where's the grader??

Imintji road-house a welcome morning tea stop along the way, hot home-made kangaroo meat pies and a apple pie to finish off yum!!

Strange water plants at Adcock Gorge

Boabs at Adcock Gorge "our favourite tree" at the moment anyway.

Looking down Barnett Gorge

Kimberley Rose photo taken at Barnett gorge, when Bill parked the van and truck along side a tour bus at this gorge all the "oldies" couldn't believe their eyes it was a bit of a giggle watching their faces as they watched him park it. Barnett was a small gorge and not one of the best even so we had a good walk, it was hot and there where lots of flies surprise, surprise!!
