Down the road about 20k's we visited another little coastal place call Port Smith we only stayed on night as the midgies where awful and I was eaten alive first time in all the trips we have done. Ancient car that some-one was using to tow their boat, big fishing area around here.

Port Smith down towards the lagoon no real beach close to here but very easy boat launching and I guess thats what fisher people like.

Bougainvilla's at Port Smith

We did go to the beach but it was a bit of a drive but then we had the place to our selves.

Lagoon at Port Smith most people swim here but too close to the mangroves for us.
